If you have not used an MUOTF online unit before, your password will be set to your initial Macquarie University email account password. If you have used an MUOTF online unit before, your password will be set to your MUOTF one.Students who enrolled in first semester were sent a letter that contained their Macquarie University email account details. ITS will send students enrolling mid-year a letter containing their Macquarie University email account details after they have enrolled. Students can also get a copy of these letters at the Library IT Customer Support Desk on Level 1 of the Library.Students who have trouble logging in can contact either the Library IT Helpdesk to have their password reset.
